ChatGenie was a Chrome Extension built to integrate with Intercom & Zendesk support platforms and integrate one-click AI response support. The model was fine-tuned using gpt-3-davinci on a companies large internal ticket history, however, upon discovering the results were lackluster and with official releases from Intercom, the project was shelved.
