I created a ai-backed hotel reservation & support platform. The platform is a one-stop solution for monitoring guests and handling support requests automatically. The system integrates with the StayNTouch hotel management platform to automate email/sms on reservation creation, check-in, and checkout events. Additionally, guests are provided with a personal support link which allows them to chat with a ChatGPT style support agent which uses embeddings to seed answers to frequent questions. If the agent cannot support the user, hotel staff is also contacted.
